We are delighted to announce three new preview screenings of “Tricontinentale, a Letter to Be Opened If Necessary,” a documentary by Laura Cazador dedicated to the filmmaker and revolutionary activist Michèle Firk.

In October, it will be screened in the United States at the Chicago Film Festival and in the United Kingdom at the Cambridge Film Festival, where it is in the running for the Audience Award. In November, it will be Germany’s turn, with a screening at DOK Leipzig in the “Positions” section.

‘Tricontinentale, a letter to be opened just in case’ will be screened at FIFIG – the Groix International Island Film Festival – during a special screening on Friday 21 August at 8.00 pm, as part of the ‘Family Cinema’ evening.

We greatly appreciate the courage shown by the festival organisers in deciding to present the public with a documentary composed of archive footage, which is highly relevant to current affairs.

Director Laura Cazador will be in the cinema to introduce the film and answer any questions you may have.
